32 years ago I met my husband Earl-the most resourceful and giving man I have ever known. He was stationed in Positano, Italy, my grandmother's hometown. We soon fell in love, married, and moved to Texas. For years I wanted to open my own place that would bring my grandmother's authentic recipes to life. When the moment was right, Earl bought an old fire station in Argyle, Texas and built me a restaurant beyond my wildest dreams. He built a place that not only honored me and my country's history, but his as well. So what could I do, but choose to name this place after the man whose character I hope you see in every decision and every staff member: generosity, resourcefulness, and a welcoming spirit.

And so, I welcome you to Earl's and invite you to make it your place-to make memories with friends and family and to share some incredible food.

As much as food is a part of Italian culture, art is also intrinsic to the beautiful country. 

So we brought some back with us! Any time you order a bottle of wine, it will be served in an authentic Italian pitcher - and you will find other pieces of art adorning the walls. Earl and his buddies at One Light Workshop built everything custom in Earl's 377: the tables and chairs, the “pick-up” station, the shovelalier, and so much more.
